ADA Info & Assistance
Boots In The Park welcomes all people with disabilities. We strive to continually improve our efforts to ensure all attendees have access to festival goods and services, regardless of ability. It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations.
While we do not rent assisted mobility devices onsite, we encourage attendees with mobility disabilities to bring personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs, ADA motorized scooters, knee scooters, crutches, walkers and canes.
The entire venue is ADA accessible. The venue contains both grass, dirt, and cement terrain. We will not be able to provide transportation around the venue. If you need assistance finding your most accessible route, please reach out to security throughout the venue.
There will be limited ADA parking for guests with disabilities at select venues. Parking attendants will be able to direct you to the ADA parking at checking. To use ADA Parking, please have:
- Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license plate
- DMV-issued documentation that accompanies the Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license, and corresponding ID
- Documentation may be verified by law enforcement
- The person to whom the placard, permit or license plate is issued in the vehicle
Note: It is against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required credentials, or to fraudulently use credentials in order to gain access to Accessible Parking.
Rideshare & Loading + Unloading Zones
Guests with disabilities can be dropped off by friends and family or a rideshare in the designated rideshare locations.
There will be an ADA entry lane located at the main entrance, which will be labeled with signage. Disabled guests may use this lane to safely enter the venue with one guest.
Accessible Viewing Areas
There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons and their one (1) companion. For information on where these areas are located, please find event security onsite.
- Companions may be asked to stand in the back of the viewing area if capacity is reached
- ADA viewing areas are non-smoking
- Saving spots is not permitted
All seating is first come, first served.
Service animals are permitted throughout the festival. However, this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.
Food & Merch Vendors
All food and merchandise vendors are accessible. If assistance is required, please reach out to event security or vendor staff.
A fully-equipped medical booth staffed by trained personnel will be located within the venue to manage medical issues. Refer to the festival map for the exact location.
All prescription medications must be in the original manufacturer container with your name. Please bring a government-issued ID for verification.
Food vendors will provide gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free dietary options. For those with special dietary needs, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 14 days prior to the event. Please note, no outside food or beverage will be allowed into the venue.
