ADA Info & Assistance

Boots In The Park welcomes all people with disabilities. We strive to continually improve our efforts to ensure all attendees have access to festival goods and services, regardless of ability. It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to disability accommodations.

Mobile Disabilities

While we do not rent assisted mobility devices onsite, we encourage attendees with mobility disabilities to bring personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs, ADA motorized scooters, knee scooters, crutches, walkers and canes.

ACCESSIBLE ROUTES

The entire venue is ADA accessible. The venue contains both grass, dirt, and cement terrain. We will not be able to provide transportation around the venue. If you need assistance finding your most accessible route, please reach out to security throughout the venue.

Parking

There will be limited ADA parking for guests with disabilities at select venues. Parking attendants will be able to direct you to the ADA parking at checking. To use ADA Parking, please have:

  • Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license plate
  • DMV-issued documentation that accompanies the Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license, and corresponding ID
  • Documentation may be verified by law enforcement
  • The person to whom the placard, permit or license plate is issued in the vehicle

Note: It is against the law to park in an accessible parking space without the required credentials, or to fraudulently use credentials in order to gain access to Accessible Parking.

Rideshare & Loading + Unloading Zones

Guests with disabilities can be dropped off by friends and family or a rideshare in the designated rideshare locations.

ADA Entrance

There will be an ADA entry lane located at the main entrance, which will be labeled with signage. Disabled guests may use this lane to safely enter the venue with one guest.
